With available rail sizes ranging from 15mm to 55mm, NTN’s standard length rail offering is 4000mm but we have the capability to cut the rail to the length to meet customer requirements. Additionally, rails are available with through holes or tapped holes, allowing customers to mount from either the top or bottom.

NTN’s runner blocks come in many varieties. Available in zero pre-load or light pre-load, flanged or non-flanged, and caged or non-caged, we have numerous product options to meet our customers’ needs, as well as a multitude of seal and corrosion-resistant choices.

NTN stocks normal and high-grade precision rails and runner blocks in our Tennessee warehouse for quick delivery. Furthermore, all NTN Automation products are interchangeable with other industry-leading manufacturers.

Shafting and ball bushing sizes range from ¼ inch to 2 inches and NTN’s standard rail length is 19.6 feet. However, we have the capability of cutting rails to length to meet customer requirements. Rails are offered in standard steel, chrome plated, or 440C stainless steel. They are also available in pre-drilled.
